High School Resources
Mon Yough Community Services –
Outpatient Therapy with Mon Yough Community Services, which include private and confidential therapy in the school or at the agency’s main office. MYCS is located at 500 Walnut St, McKeesport PA, 15132. MYCS also provides psychiatric services, which are currently available at the office; however, there is future consideration for mobile medication management later in the school year.
MYCS also has a Student Assistance Program (SAP) and Prevention Services in the school. SAP works with student to assist with academic success while collaborating with the school. The team will provide screenings and referrals for students who are exhibiting “at risk” behaviors.
Additionally, the Prevention program provides educational programs in schools and throughout the community to enhance protective factors and reduce the risk for alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs, and gambling addiction.
